1. Client has to submit work order on official letter pad along with 50% advance payment of development charge and other related expenses (like domain and hosting, if any).
2. Client has to provide all written requirements, samples, related documents within 7 days of contract.
3. Development will start after receiving all sorts of client requirement in written format. After starting development no major requirement will be accepted.
4. Client has to pay rest of 50% payment of development charge within 7 days of beta release.
5. MSB CyberTech will hand over the developed website or software to the respective live server or URL only after receiving all sorts of payments and dues.
6. If any client fails to receive the developed website or software after 14 days of beta release or fails to clear all due payments after 30 days of beta release the contract will be cancelled without any refund or notice and the product will be deleted from our server.
7. After releasing the beta version, only minor mistakes or bugs (if any) will be fixed but no major requirement or comments will be accepted.
8. A successful and user-friendly training will be served from our side only for 2 (two) selected persons from the customer side at our office premises for 2 (two) working days.
9. In case of web development or hosting services client will be liable for the site content and related business matters. Developer or Service provider will not be liable at all.
10. In case of any illegal or harmful usage of any of our web services, Service provider reserves all rights to stop the service temporarily or permanently.
11. For any kind of software, dynamic or ecommerce web development customer will own only the rights of the software/website usages (User Interface) only
from our server but will never get access to any kind of source code or hosting particulars or server (hosting) shipment.
12. Developer or Service provider will not be liable in case of any kind of data corruption due to mishandling, any kind of accident, hacking or hardware failure which is beyond control.
13. In case of web services for server maintenance or any circumstances which are beyond control the service may be temporarily unavailable for a certain period.
14. In case of Domain and Hosting registration, the registering company must has to provide it’s own official email address as registering email address.
15. For after sales support clients have to contact over email or live chat with support staff.
16. Any service charge or renewals (if any) must be paid before 72 business hours of expiry date.
17. All sort of payments must be paid in favor of MSB CyberTech with account payee cheque or online payment via (www.msbcybertech.com) website or it’s electronic digital invoice.
18. In case of mobile device users or overseas users of different countries, software or web service may vary sometimes due to mobile device model, operator or different country’s internet gateway or may not work at all due to mobile device model or software. In such case developer will not take any responsibilities.
19. All types of payments are non-refundable. Sold product or service can’t be returned or changed ever.
20. Any online payment via (www.msbcybertech.com) if made by mistake or any technical problem will be refunded within 10 working days (depends on respective bank). But in that case client has to email with proper information to (admin@msbcybertech.com) must within two hours of the incident.
21. If any Domain which is purchased free of cost with specific hosting package (as offer) that cannot be transferred anywhere.
22. Any service or software which is purchased by the client means that the client has read and understand it’s feature, facilities, merits-demerits (if any) and agreed to abide by all Terms and Conditions and company SLA.
23. Any commercial offer will be valid only for 7 days from the date of submission.

Authority reserves all rights to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any service or contract (without prior notice and any refund) if client does not abide by above terms and conditions and
also can make any changes to above terms and conditions as per time demand to ensure best services at all times.
